Is there a free trial?
Yes — first-time businesses receive a 14-day intro trial with limited access while they complete setup and evaluate the product. You can upgrade to Starter or Professional at any time.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained in a read-only state for 12 months after cancellation. You can export everything as JSON and PDF at any time. Hard deletion on request.
Is the annual plan billed upfront?
Yes — annual plans are billed as one payment. You receive the equivalent of 2 months free (10 months' price for 12 months of access).
What payment methods are accepted?
Credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) and EFT for annual plans. South African payment gateway.
Is there a Business plan?
